I had to steal for the first time in my life, today. I came across an orchard, and I couldn't resist taking some fruit. Conjured bread only lasts for so long, and it tastes quite bland to boot. I was found out by some dogs, and had to bolt with only a few pieces in hand. I don't think I've ever run so fast in my entire life.
I want to go back, and let my sister, Diandro'ei, and Ninorra know I'm alright, but I still have things I need to do, first. Coming back from the "dead" would be quite the surprise, but it would be worthless for the trouble I've made them and myself go through if I don't finish. I just hope the council isn't planning to kick them out of home and dissolve our estate.
What's getting to be really bad is the mana cravings. Being in Silvermoon, it was never an issue, but, away from civilization, there's no concentration. I managed to catch a squirrel to curb it. Not enough to kill the thing, but enough to clear my head. I can't last too long without a better source. Perhaps, some trolls...
As night came on, I found myself at an inn near the main road through the forest. I had no gold, so I offered to play in return for a room, under the assumed name, "Anfir." Luckily, some merchants were resting there, as well, giving me an audience to try my violin out with. I'm still not as good with it as a lute, but the practice helps.
