I have not been to a large public gathering in so long. I was late unfortunately. There were a lot of people I did not know there but some of them seemed important. There were a couple people who showed up just to mock the whole thing. A lot of people there spent the time arguing and being disruptive. There was no discipline at all! A few whips and ball gags would have helped. And then a few had to suggest that no speaker or arbiter was needed. I do not know what was going on inside their heads but clearly they were not paying attention.

The only way a group can operate on entirely equal ground is if everyone already knows and respects each other. If the entire council does not respect each person there, everyone is just going to want the spotlight on themselves and their own agenda. Having someone be a symbolic point of focused respect will get more done. But only if everyone can agree to respect that person. If not, then I do not know. I am not a leader so I am not going to insist this is the way to go. I am very wrong sometimes.

No one seemed to mind Diomades being there but I thought I saw a wanted poster for him somewhere. I must look it up. If he really is wanted he would not be speaking in public. Anyone there could turn him in. Am I thinking of a different Tauren?

Anyway, I do not much care if the Council gets anything useful done but as long as enough important people are going I will go (if I am allowed to). I hate always missing out on things.

I found a poster for Diomades. I guess he murdered his mother. There is a lot of that going around. She probably deserved it. As far as I can tell Diomades is still wanted. Why was he speaking publically? I do not get it. I will keep it in mind.

I also met Tamora, Lovely's lover, at the meeting. Lovely was wearing a collar Tamora had given her. It was very sweet. Tamora's voice was oddly familiar as if I have met her before. She did not seem to recognize me though, so probably not.
