Extra slow posting

I started up WoW while still looking through the forums. While WoW was loading my character selection screen, I was trying to type a reply to someone's post and the letters were appearing very, very slowly. When I closed WoW they all appeared quickly.

Do you think this will be consistant thing? I do most of my posting while in flight or on corpse runs!

hmm...I've never been on a computer that was capable of doing *anything* when wow was loading, so can't help ya there.

Well, you do have options, as far as the text input. In your options you can switch between basic input and "full WYSIWYG editor"

If it's not already, try switching it to basic, and see if that helps.

I have noticed the site gets lagged on occasion. Will see what I can do to help that.

When WoW is loading, it is using pretty much 100% of your system resources. So yes, that behavior would be expected. Now, if the game is just running, it's not using as much, so you shouldn't notice slow-down like that.
