Darkblade

Okay, I haven't been able to do anything with this yet, but as much as I would like to experience this for the first time with no foreknowledge of what's going on, is there a resource which details everything that happens with the various "dungeons" involved with this, lore, etc.?
I'm planning on sending Darkblade there again for a story, but I want to make sure I don't do it in a way that goes against the actual story involved there.

Or, anyone want to run those on, say, Wednesday night, at or after 9PM (server)?

Edit: Been reading up at wowwiki...

There are three events in Warcraft history that occur in the Caverns of Time: Thrall's escape from Durnholde, the opening of the Dark Portal, and the Battle of Mount Hyjal. I'll give as much info as I can on each.

First is Old Hillsbrad. The orcs, after the Second War, were all rounded up and placed in internment camps, but they offered little resistance, as they seemed to have just lost the will. Thrall was the son of the chieftain of the Frostwolf clan, who were exiled after refusing to follow the rest of the Horde in fighting against the humans. Durotan and his wife were killed by assassins, but Thrall was left for dead, only to be discovered by the man who controlled the internment camps, Aedelas Blackmoore. Blackmoore planned to use Thrall as a puppet warchief to control the orcs and take over Lordaeron for himself. He trained Thrall as a gladiator, but also allowed him to learn how to read and write. Thrall, however, knew that he could not serve Blackmoore, and, with the help of Taretha Foxton, a servant girl and unwilling mistress to Blackmoore, he escaped. In the wilderness, he was discovered by the remnants of the Warsong clan, and found Grommash Hellscream. He trained with them for a while, before learning of his clan and setting out to find them. In the mountains of Alterac, Thrall collapsed and was rescued from the cold by the Frostwolves. He was treated as a stranger, and had to work to prove his worth. Eventually, Drek'Thar recognized his potential to be a shaman, possibly the strongest one ever, and Thrall took his place as chieftain. Together, with the Warsong, and with the Warchief Orgrim Doomhammer, the free orcs set out to rescue their bretheren and form the New Horde. Most of this can be found in the book, The Lord of the Clans.

The next point in time is the opening fo the Dark Portal. Medivh, the Guardian of Tirisfal, had been possessed by the spirit of Sargeras, master of all demons and leader of the Burning Legion. Sargeras used his power, body, and mind to fashion a way to bring the orcish Horde from their homeworld of Draenor, which had become stagnant and decayed under the heavy demonic presence and the needs of the orcs, as the spirits had abandoned them since they turned to using warlocks, and that they had nothing to toss their bloodlust against. With Gul'dan, Medivh built a gate east of his tower in the swampy area once known as the Black Morass, now called the Blasted Lands. Medivh's history is told in The Last Guardian.

The Battle for Mount Hyjal was the last stand against the invading Burning Legion at the end of the Third War. Archimonde, eredar warlock and second-in-command of the demons, stood ready to absorb the power of the Well of Eternity in the World Tree. All the races of Azeroth had banded together to fight them, however, as Thrall and his new Horde, Jaina Proudmoore and the remnant of Lordaeron, and Malfurion Stormrage and all the fury of nature blocked his path. They did all they could, but, eventually, Archimonde did reach the World Tree. Malfurion unleashed his plan at that point, and the very essence of all life in the surrounding area struck out and destroyed Archimonde, at the cost of the night elves' immortality. This is played out in the last mission of Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos.
