Domni

Hello everyone,
Domni and Emmet have been leading a raiding group since ICC opened and we're currently looking to add more people. We welcome people from all different guilds and send out a calendar invite at the beginning of the week. It's preferable to have the same group every week and we have a strong core of regular raiders who have been with us since the beginning.
We're opening recruitment here on TNG first before going to the server forums.
If anyone from the raid sees this, feel free to chime in about your experience. Be honest. I can take it. I think.
ICC 25 Saturday evenings. Invites at 5:30. Raid begins at 6:00 server. Raid ends at 10:00 server.
We clear Lower Spire, Princes, Rotface, and Festergut weekly. Dreamwalker rescued on May 7!
Attempts have been made on Putricide and Dreamwalker, but I don't want to push people through harder content until I've got a steady full group.
What we need:
Permanent Ranged DPS - Warlocks, Mages, Shadow Priests, Boomkin
Permanent Melee DPS- Death Knight
[edit]Permanent Healers- Holy Paladin, Holy priest, or Restoration Druid
Loot:
While this raid is essentially an organized pug, it isn't a loot pinata. We're respectful and we try to spread the wealth around appropriately.
Your main spec is what you come to the raid as. I don't care what you do the other 6 days of the week.
1 Main Spec per raid. Tokens, BoE items, Bloods, and Primordial Saronite count as main spec. There are no default wins.
If you roll, count your blessings that you win.
Uncontested items are rolled off to Main specs who have already won. Please only roll if you've already won something.
If no one needs it, the item will then go to offspec. Offspec rolls are unlimited. Please only roll for an offspec you have and be considerate of others.
Uncontested BoE items and primordial saronite are held until the end of the raid and rolled off to those who have yet to win anything.
You must have a basic T10 piece in your possession to roll on Tokens.
Bloods count as a single main spec loot and are decided on at the beginning of the raid. If you want them, you can have them, but you forfeit your right to roll on other loot that evening.
Expectations:
Vent. Be able to listen and be willing to speak.
Gems and enchants. Have full, appropriate epic gems and proper enchants.
Flasks. Bring your own flasks and use them on fights past the first wing.
Availability. Stay for the entire raid. No exceptions.
Be respectful. I don't tolerate the harassment of other players or ragequits over drama. If you've got a problem, bring it to me. We'll work it out after the raid.
Be patient. If something goes wrong or there's a mistake, be willing to work with it and help make it right.
Know the fights. I'll explain them beforehand, but please be prepared.
Accept your invites. You are only guaranteed a spot if you accept your invite and show up before 6:00.
Show up on time. If you don't show up for two weeks in a row or are otherwise unreliable, I will quietly drop you from the calendar.
Communicate. Send me a mail if you can't make the raid, if you have questions about the raid, or if you have a problem with another player.
Contact Domni here or in-game if you're interested. I'll review your gear and spec individually.
[edit] Healer positions are now permanent rather than temporary.
If you can't join us, but are still interested, we usually have a couple spots that we fill with friends or pugs. Look me up and I'll see if there's room for you that evening.
