What was Draenor called before the Draenei got there? The Draenei were the ones to call it Draenor, meaning "Exiles' Refuge" in their native tongue. So was it called anything by its indigenous races/species, ie orcs and ogres, before that?

We Orcs--and moreso about the Ogre and Mok'nathal--are a worldly people. We don't need a lot of fancy names for things.
Draenor was simply home for our people. Sure, we had Fortress Auchindoun, and Fortress Shadowmoon, and the Jagged Edge Mountains, Zeth'kur and the Hellfire Citadel (On the Hellfire Peninsula), and the Bone Wastes where the prehistoric race of Giants that originally dwelled upon the planet went to die along the skeletal coast.
Such questions lead so far back into Draenor's history, where there just aren't anyone around left to remember. [/url]
