World PvP on TN

I'd love to release the limit on world pvp from just guilds on TN to something like a unlagable WG...

I was thinking all Major pvpers who want good world pvp could return to the deserted islands of Quel'danas YES!

Remeber the days the good days? all that fun!

Well with this all pvpers intrested in good world pvp now know where the major hang out spot is QUEL'DANAS!!!!

It's easy to get to and large this place is perfect.

For all the good fun go there I advise you please bring friends and lets start some damn good pvp. Gank near the guards away use the guards everything!!!

Quel'danas is massive and empty there will be virtuualy No Lag at all It's tons of fun anyone intrested please reply to this post and we can maybe discuss this a bit more I'd love to have a zone dedicated to just us the terrors of TN world pvpers. This will not be Guild promoted simply those who are just looking for good fights and something to kill the bordem. It will be more honor then Bg's and a hell of alot more fun.

I might decide to hold "wars" where seperate raid groups enter the zone and kill each other once you've been slain stay down untill the match is over the winning raid takes control of the island for the week.

Good pvpers know how to avoid and stay the distance champ that was the jewel of quel'danas out smarting the enemy. and taking a gambal killing people near guards without trying to agro haha.

Just pointing out that folks like to go and hide at the guards, which makes it not an ideal spot. Especially if a fundamental aspect of "good PvP" in that location is to, well, PvE.

I'm with Fynne on the location being meh if the guards are being used. Things like goblin guards are kind of interesting even, but QD guards are stupid.

That said, the idea sounds like fun. Keep me posted on world PvP fun of all kinds.

No, seriously, QD is a GREAT place for World PvP - pussies may camp out beside the guards, but people with balls will fight each other, the guards just stop people from being endlessly camped with no end in sight, and give possibilities for seriously epic maneuvers.

If you can't handle the PvP and want to hang out with the guards, then don't come.

This is for people who like to rock out some serious free-form world PvP, QD has everything you need. I'm totally behind this.

This is honostly a great idea If we can get more support we can begin a "Release date." for people to start swarming in and killing some good time.

The offical date will be set once enough people have shown intrest.

If we can get this going it's going to be a incredible idea.

My suggestion is to plan specific times/dates at random intervals in the future, or if the idea picks up more, plan to have people show up at a specific time every day.

The best way to get the snowball rolling would be to make sure that a number of people from both sides can make every planned one until the idea has picked up enough that everyone will be there regardless of who specifically is available.

I'm having fun with the game and enjoying it as well as having a good time with the people on it. I don't mean to sound like I'm putting down the idea or anything, but it seems like most of your positive feedback is horde side. I dunno if you've heard more in game, but I have no desire to show up to pvp and get slaughtered by guards / a horde raid group rolling around.

I blame my lack of gold on the ganking on QD. The legit PvP was fun, but mostly it was gankfest where I'd log on and be like "okay, I'm gonna get some gold," and I'd get camped by 7 MFers who were making twice as much honor off of my stupid ass as they would off of farming AV right outside of town, just out of range of the guards. Then I'd call in help, and stop them with 9 other friends, and the entire island would devolve into a scattered yet consistent gankfest with no real "war" going on, just 7 on 1 fuckfests.
