<As you hurry through the crowded streets of the cities, glancing at the notices posted on the boards, one particular proclamation catches your eye. You stop to take a closer look at the large piece of fine parchment and study the words beautifully inscribed in ink of the deepest crimson.>

Jaster Re-Tasj, Lord of Eternitys End, will host a grand feast and tournament to celebrate the occasion of his marriage on Sunday, the 15th of March, beginning at 8:00 o’clock in the evening.

Following a private ceremony earlier in the evening, the inaugural Eternitys End Tournament of Champions will be held Ridgepoint Tower. Brave knights, skilled sorcerers and enterprising mercenaries are all encouraged to compete for one of several prizes which will be awarded by Viviene, the new Lady Re-Tasj.

Combatants of the 80th season will compete for a purse of 200 gold pieces
Combatants of the 70th-79th seasons will compete for a purse of 150 gold pieces
Combatants of the 60th-69th seasons will compete for a purse of 100 gold pieces
Combatants of the 50th-59th seasons will compete for a purse of 75 gold pieces
Combatants of the 40th-49th seasons will compete for a purse of 50 gold pieces
Combatants of the 30th-39th seasons will compete for a purse of 40 gold pieces
Combatants of the 20th-29th seasons will compete for a purse of 30 gold pieces

In addition to the purses granted to the top contenders, each person who takes part in the tournament will be granted a special prize to commemorate the occasion. There is no entrance fee for this tournament; all those of an appropriate skills are encouraged to compete.

Once the tournament has concluded and the prizes have been awarded, Lord and Lady Re-Tasj will hold a feast and story-telling competition in Stormwind. The fine chefs of Eternitys End will provide a variety of exotic dishes and drinks, and guests will have the opportunity to share their most thrilling, amazing, or amusing stories. After hearing from all entrants, Lord Jaster will select a first, second, and third place winner for the best story/story-teller.

The first place winner will receive a purse of 200 gold pieces
The second place winner will receive a purse of 100 gold pieces
The third place winner will receive a purse of 50 gold pieces

As with the tournament, in addition to the purses awarded to the winners, each person who takes part in the story-telling competition will receive a special memento to mark the occasion. A time limit of approximately 15 minutes will be in place for all submissions, give or take a few minutes at Lord Jaster’s discretion.
