Howdy folks, this is Athin, your friendly TNCF Community Organizer.
If you've been keeping track of the Guild Fair thread at http://wow-tng.org/showthread.php?t=13750 we've decided to go ahead and get the show on the road!
For our inaugural event, we'd like to start things off with a bang! But we need some help.
The primary goals of the fair will be to promote Role play, in the form of Guilds, Crafting, and mingling. So if you're willing to provide your crafting services, by hocking your wares, or be a point of contact representing your guild, please feel free to let me know, and let me know when would be a good day for you. I'll be compiling a list and try to come up with a decent time.
Also, we'd like to hold a few events to draw some crowds. Raffles, a Mister & Miss Shattrath event. (We could use a few celebrity judges ;) ) We could use some donations of party favors and prizes for these events.
