Hospitals suck, nothing to do but stare at the ceiling and breathe in the smell of rubbing alchol and desperation. Hence why everything gets cheerier with a book! YAY BOOKS! Books are something I can afford, so I'm linking the books i'll be sending him in case any of you get the idea to send books too and then we can avoid the akward phase of him getting the same books at once.
If he ends up getting two of the same books, the other book will feel lonely since he'll never touch it or, worse the other book that is the same as the other book will be feeling not so bright since he may forget and touch the other book more.
