- My daughter, who is so beautiful that I am contemplating pre-buying a spot in a convent for when she turns 10. She is a little more mouthy then I'd like, but she's working on it, and is still super helpful and understanding. Bless her for understanding at age 4 that some times life isn't fair, but it will compensate to make us all feel special once and a while.

- My eldest son, for being stronger and smarter then all of us. He's come along way in such a short time, and is still as gentle and loving as any little boy could be. He's learning some of the hardest things a two and a half year old can learn, and while they're all slightly delayed, he's picking them all up nicely. When he starts school in May, I have nothing but good things to hope for and know that we will see out of him. He reminds anyone who knows him that Autism is a social disorder, not a learning disability. His intelligence amazes me every day.

- My little peanut, for reminding me every day how wonderful being 1 year old can really be. Old Toy? Its new to him. Find a ball? Entertainment for hours while he figures out exactly every tiny thing he can do with it. Couch-stuffing? Best thing in the world to throw in the air and make float. Figure out how to walk? Never going to stop now, not even for stuff in his way! He knows just how to make a mommy's day wonderful, with big brown baby eyes and a half-tooth filled grin that is given freely to anyone who is worthy of his love.. which is everyone.
