I am having a hell of a time finding a good build for Mute pvp. Suggestions? Links?
thanks.

Honestly, you could probably conjure one up on your own that you'd like more than any you'll find now. It depends on what you want from your character. It's a little difficult to maximize your talents right now because so many that were considered almost(or totally) staple have to be pushed aside in order to hit 51 points. For instance, I stuck with 13/0/48 because that build provides the most potential utility. But my damage didn't increase, save for the lovely and much-needed improvements to Eviscerate and Deadly Throw. Basically, if you went with a pure damage Mut build, all you'd be missing out on is Master of Deception and either Riposte or Endurance. If all you're looking for is a generic 51-point build, here:

A forewarning, though: Hunger for Blood isn't great =/ Here's another one that's tailored more to my own preferences:

You'd probably want something like this

Imp Kidney shot and ruthlessness are vital.

You should check out Imp. Eviscerate over Ruthlessness. I thought it'd be an absolutely necessary component of play, too, especially since I wouldn't have Relentless Strikes. But the Eviscerate glyph paired with the pretty damn nice buff the skill got, and I imagine it'll be the finisher you use most. CB Evisc is actually a pretty reliable killing blow now, too. I NEVER thought I'd use it over CB Mutilate.

Eh, I really don't think it compares still. Every other finisher is much more vital, like expose armor, kidney shot.

I've been Mut, for a while. But the new talents were causing a great deal of indecisiveness. Thanks Ill, I will look over that as well.

Mut in general strikes me as much more PvEish since the patch. That said, I personally would likely try something like this on my rogue were I so inclined to go PvP Mut;

I love mut too much to ever give it up. My current spec dips a bit further into Sub though.

Mutilate is tearing people apart in PvP, so it's definitely a solid choice. Deadly Brew is the most annoying talent I've had to deal with since 3.0's removal of Mace Stun. Boy do I love being hit with wounding, crippling, AND mind-numbing poison in a fraction of a second.
