Theodary Thelo

The northwestern part of Stranglethorn Vale isn't a popular destination by any means, but those who do pass through are sure to stop by the trading outpost there. Some come there just to visit it, in fact, as it attracts a small but specific kind of clientele. Renowned among the lower circles for being able to procure most anything from anywhere, Vile Reef Exports nonetheless prides itself on being a non-discriminant and completely legitimate business.
The exterior of the establishment is sea-weathered. The sign above the door is faded but a scrutinizing eye could still make out the emblem -- a crimson sun emblazoned behind a black crow that appeared to be... laughing. Inside, it is dim and smoky, but it is just as well as you don't want to be caught looking at any one person too long. All sorts of races and traders can be found therein, haggling with one another, inspecting the shelves of exotic wares, getting "handled" by the watchful ogre Tronk should they have caused trouble, or being escorted to the cellar... after handing over enough discreet coin.
In the cellar, well... You might be able to ask about the most rare of items that the Vile Reef might be able to obtain for you. You might even speak to the Boss, Admiral Fafnir Vayde himself, or one of his First Mates, either Theodary Thelo or Nyxiani. Rumor is that they're especially likely to follow up on any job that causes trouble for their rivals, both the Bloodsail and the Steamwheedle Cartel.
They're dedicated to profit and adventure, the lot of them of the Vile Reef Exports; and if you hear rumor of a Vile Reef Cartel, they will be happy to assure you that while they are procurers of rare and hard-to-get merchandise, at no point do they partake in smuggling, extortion, intimidation, robbery, conspiracy, and especially not piracy.
Cheers, mates.
